Bryn Lavere Development (BLD) was born from our frustration of ambitious people holding off on projects because it was just too complicated to start. We want to provide information and processes that help owners, developers, and executives understand where their money is going and if it makes sense for their long-term goals.

We marry our construction team with our development team to provide an in-house developer to our clients. With a combination of years of working within the construction industry and maintaining our own investments, we have developed a "secret sauce" to streamline the process.

We want to help you start well. We can be your advocate, your partner, or the person to bring you back to reality. We have seen mistakes that we can advise you to avoid or methods you may never have tried to increase your ROI.

Lindy does all things marketing, development, and business growth. She is responsible for finding properties, meeting with potential grant administrators, and coordinating with municipalities. On top of it all, Lindy also works on firm licensing and future organization credentials.

Todd is a co-founder and advocate for changing the way we develop properties. Among his many responsibilities, he is managing our firm partnerships, overseeing land development and construction, and he is the boots-on-the-ground for property assessments.
