Having a sister contractor has its perks. Our sister organization, Campbell Construction, can both help us plan and execute projects. Clients find comfort in a project estimator planning the details before pulling the trigger with large contracts.
We can guide you through land acquisition, land development, architectural design, and vertical build.
Do we have to build it ourselves? No, there are many styles of contracts/partnership agreements we can set up to your level of comfort.
Adams County | 200 Units
One of our realtor friends brought to our attention a property in Adams County that was pre-approved for a mobile home park. We immediately thought of our partners out of New Jersey as a potential buyer and their team agreed to start their discovery of the property. We worked with this development group, our civil engineer (Landworks Design), and our environmental specialist (Juniper Environmental) to execute due diligence.
At the same time, we began a construction estimate for site work to confirm project feasibility during due diligence/land development approvals.
When the owner originally acquired the established neighborhood, the open land they wished to add more units onto was only approved for 8 dwellings. The owner reached out to us to help determine if adding units was financially wise. Through our discovery and relationships, we were able to help the owner receive approved land development plans for 107 units - along with a freshly renovated club house.
From there, Campbell Construction took over and acted as Construction Manager to oversee the construction of the project. By halfway through the project, Campbell was building as tenants were moving in and the neighborhood was completely full with future tenants.
We love when our friends reach out with questions because we get to help them in one of their biggest business decisions. A Hanover engineering company asked us about adding 60,000 square feet to their existing production space. We engaged both K&W Engineers to help with a successful land development approval, and SAAarchitects to design the look of the addition.
